The Qing Palace which recreates the
ambience of an ancient imperial dining hall, caters to every culinary
preference with Fuzhou, Szechuan and Cantonese Cuisine. House
specialty includes Camphor and Tea Smoked Duck, Prawns with Dried Red
Chilies and Szechuan Hot & Sour Soup to name a few. A must try
dessert had to be the "Mua Ji" – a glutinous flour ball
filled with hot peanut filling and generously coated with grounded
peanuts and sugar.
