CHAN CHOO KEAN, Master Chinese Chef

Originating from Perak, Chan Choo Kean’s passion for food influenced him to pursue a career as a professional chef.  Exercising his vocation since the age of 19 at various establishments including hotels and restaurants in Malaysia and Singapore, the innovative Chef carries a long and rich culinary experience of over two decades.  
With a passionate pursuit for culinary perfection, Chef Chan has delighted many distinguished palates with his brilliant creations.  Always on the look out and ready to experiment with fresh, creative ideas, Chef Chan’s remarkable philosophy lies in using only the freshest and finest ingredients available, adopting a personal touch in preparation and considering the overall mood of diners as well as the atmosphere of the venue, to create a truly exquisite dining experience.
